“I don’t believe I can say enough to convey how grateful I am that I was referred to FCF. Lisa was the first person I spoke with about refinancing my mortgage, and every member of her team that I talked to in the following weeks did everything possible to assist me and answer any questions I had. I went into this with absolutely no knowledge or experience, just knowing that interest rates were a little lower than my current mortgage and I wanted to save money and get a lower monthly payment. Once I started this journey, we were presented with multiple options that I was completely unfamiliar with. When considering a mortgage or refinance there is a fear of not understanding; not being smart enough; being taken advantage of because the ‘money people’ speak a different language (finances).
