Fountain City Finance made refinancing my house a pleasure! When considering a mortgage or refinance there is a fear of not understanding; not being smart enough; being taken advantage of because the ‘money people’ speak a different language (finances). I can say from personal experience that when there was something that I didn’t understand I called or emailed FCF and they took the time to explain the subject. I don’t remember having to wait more than a few hours for Heather or Daryl to respond to my emails (even to this day, I can call with a mortgage question, it’s like I’m a part of their family). I had dreaded the refinance process for two years and I actually met Jack a year ago to review my options. One of the rights of living here in this fine country is the consumer’s right to “shop around.” Refinancing is no exception. After hearing Fountain City Finance’s ad on the air every morning during my commute, my curiosity was peaked and I called them @ 4:pm on a Friday afternoon. Daryl provided us with hard numbers, in writing, that same day. The very next night, we attended a sporting event and saw ads for a competitor.
